Metamorphosis

Metamorphosis is the essence of my existence after I experienced the depths of my own darkness.

Now, having completed a full cycle, we understand the meaning of transformation and what it can do for our essence. When butterflies transform, they become the chrysalis.​ For years, I believed the chrysalis formed outside of the butterfly. The transformation comes from within. Much can be said in this phase, but saying too much can take away from the appreciation we are supposed to feel when we have reached this milestone.
